I had them out last week for a clogged mainline and their technician Gilbert arrived less than an hour after I made the call with a friendly girl over the phone. Gilbert was well dressed and very polite and answered all my questions with confidence. I am a retired teacher and Gilbert made sure to give me a significant discount that I really appreciated.
