I have ordered delivery from this restaurant twice. Each time, I order from their online menu and exactly meet their 15 dollar minimum order out of courtesy. There is a 1.50 charge extra for a delivery fee, and after tax it should come out to me spending around 17.50. Both times they have charged me 22 dollars and some change.
The food is decent, however, you have to decide if it's worth the hassle of arguing with the very stubborn employees to get charged what you should.
