Extremely worth every penny spent! Very responsive to voice mails, had the date available that I needed the carpets cleaned and very very punctual. My cats loved riding on the shampooer! A lot of pride was taken in cleaning my carpets and it definitely shows! I will be using Complete Carpet Care again in the future...so should you!
