I lived in Oakhurt in the early 1990s and left in 1993. When I was a kid. It was not a good area at all. We lived in a pretty beat up trailer on Big Horn Drive. Gone now, but an older blue and white trailer that sat next to it is still there. We lived directly across the street from the park. As a kid I got pushed off the top of a slide (when one was still standing). Drove through it today and the last time I was there was 1996 visiting a friend. By my experience as a kid I would not recommend the place at all. I went through it today for memories. Only to remember the only two friends I ever had there (on by the name of Joe Hyatt and other by John Alexander). I would honestly only recommend this place if it's a last resort. Personally, I never want to think of that place again.
