Rich was very friendly when I came with my father. My father does not trust car salesmen, but Rich took everything in stride. He was very helpful and gave me some great tips to help me along the way. He also called me after I purchased the car to make sure I was happy with my choice. It was my first experience, and I am glad I had Rich there to help me along the way as I felt that he was genuine in his actions. He took everything in stride, even when I had to be a little aggressive. I would refer others to him.
