I thought the agent was very helpful. I had an idea where I wanted to stay based on recommendations from friends. The agent and I talked briefly about my needs, and he was very helpful in making my choice. I received a confirmation quickly, and I was also able to talk to the hotel to advise about an oxygen delivery prior to our arrival. The process could not have gone smoother. I will use MedStay if I am able to return for a lung transplant.
