I went in with a terrible cough and was seen by the doctor, not a nurse, within minutes! No wait...wow! I was advised up front that this is an emergency facility and it is a good thing that I went there instead of an urgent care because I had a serious case of pneumonia. I was admitted direct to Baylor and didn't have to go thru their ER or admittance desk. Great job! I hope I don't have to go back but if I'm sick, this is where I'll go.
