Mr. Moore as you can see is not a professional outfitter or businessman. Actually you could not even call him an honest or loyal person to his trade. Mr. Moore took money for a big game hunt pretending to be a big game outfitter in Wyoming. He does NOT have or try to obtain the required licenses to be an outfitter. Nor will he pay you back the money that you gave him for the hunt. Coming back from a deployment from Afghanistan, this is the last thing you won't to deal with and to top it off instead of paying anyone back from my hunting party, he went on a Africian Safari Hunt. I would not recommend Mr. Moore to anyone for any service he says he will provide. I just hope that he hasn't taken anymore money and not provided services to anyone before i was able to write this review. Goodluck and God bless you on your hunting adventures just not with Tom Moore.
