I did not get my wedding dress here but since my bridesmaids are scattered across the country this seemed like a great option. Pros: Picking a dress was painless. My local bridesmaids help me select a dress that looked good and made all the maids happy. The price was right too, especially since I paid for all the bridesmaid dresses myself. Cons: Customer service. Since I paid for all the dresses I had to call each store and pay for them over the phone. That was not fun, but not hard. When I called the Tulsa store I told the girl that answered that I needed to pay for some dresses over the phone. She said ""We are really busy, I need to take a message and someone will call you back."" I was stunned, that they were too busy to make a sale especially since calling other stores proved it was a quick and simple process. So I just went to the store and took care of it. Someone did called me back, just HOURS later. In short, if you are looking for a deal this is your place. But don't expect your bridal/bridesmaid shopping experience to be special or unique. Some better customer service would be nice because every bride, whether she spends a little or a lot on her wedding dress/dresses deserves for it to be a memorable experience. more
