HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Before I get to my own review, I want everyone to know that this UPS Store will face the consequences of its horrible customer service--IF enough complaints are filed with the store's parent company, MVE. Please, file your complaint by calling MVE at 1-888-346-3623. They need to know that they have an awful person representing UPS, and the only way they'll find out is if you file a complaint with them, and not just on this site. I have only been to this UPS Store a few times to drop off a package, but after today, I will NEVER go there again. The representative working there--an older, African-American woman (who is the owner's wife, I found out)--is one of the most unprofessional, condescending, and completely impolite ""customer service"" representatives I have ever encountered. She should NOT be working with customers because she has absolutely no sense of what courteous or professional behavior is. I was so upset with my experience in the store that I didn't even leave my packages with her--frankly, I don't trust her. At all. And I was upset enough to not only create an account to be able to post this review, but I also contacted that UPS Store's parent company--and I encourage all of you with a negative review to do the same. I was told by a MVE (the parent company) representative that if enough complaints are lodged against the store, they will indeed take legal action. THE UPS STORE WILL BE SENT A LEGAL NOTIFICATION IF ENOUGH COMPLAINTS ARE FILED WITH THEIR PARENT COMPANY, MVE. PLEASE FILE ALL COMPLAINTS BY CALLING MVE AT 1-888-346-3623 more
