This organization is VERY CORRUPT. Their economic aptitude is less than stellar. Their forceful tactics make people leave. Simple economic minds will think they are doing good. However, it drives down the property values. This only leads me to believe that Gittleman is in it for the short term gain, and they are not there for the long term homeowner.
