I have a really old car, and it has a lot of problems. I have been into Jerry's Auto Repair multiple times since I have started using them 4 months ago. They have always been super nice and really flexible.
I brought my car in 2 weeks ago, and they actually called me a week later to see if it was running okay or if I was having any other problems. It was nice to have that follow-up.
I am a college student, and they have been really good about contacting both me and my dad and working with the two of us. The people there have been fantastic. They have always been really friendly and personable. I really appreciate their willingness to help me out.
The first time I took it into Jerry's Auto Repair they had a hard time diagnosing the problem. Because of that, they told me to bring it in any time during the next 3 months and they would look at it again for free. When they did find something, I don't think they even charged me. I have been very impressed because they have been fabulous.
