I'm so sorry to see how this memorial park is being handled as a memorial business. I remember when they took time to sit down with you on planning about the future of your loved one's, not to mention your own burial, whether it be plot, crematory or mausoleum planning. I have loved one's that have been using this memorial park for over 25 years, and unfortunately when Dignity took over, the staff they hired, have been HORRIBLE with the business and especially in the sales department. There is no respect from the staff but mostly they are non professional attitudes amongst the staff toward ""you"" as the person needing planning for the future for loved ones.
i wish they'd revamp the staff completely, or at least look into how this location is being handled and maintained.
