**AVOID AT ALL COST** My LG washing machine stopped working with ""tE"" code. I called them and they said they support LG and can fix it. When the tech ""Max"" got here, he had no idea and could not fix it and he said this is all computerized. I mentioned to him that LG states the ""tE"" code means there is an issue with the heating element and then said he needs to order the part. I had to pay $70 just for them to stop by, and he quoted me $120 labor to fix and said they will call me a couple of days later about the part. I did not hear from them after a couple of days and kept trying to call the next 4 days to get an update. After the 5th day someone gave me an update and then said it will cost $260 to fix. Now I don't know what to do...its half the cost of my washer and I'm not even sure if they can fix it. WHAT A RIP OFF! STAY AWAY.. they have NO CLUE!
