Processing time is much quicker and funds are in our account the next day as opposed to 4 to 5 banking days with our previous service. On the day of the service transfer we had trouble downloading the new software that was required. To resolve problem the technician programmed a new terminal in his office and overnighted a new terminal and picked up our old one within 24 hours. The transition went smoothly and techincal support for the small changes we have requested were handled quickly and efficiently.
