I placed an order in early december for a bike that was listed as in stock. I received the wrong bike, and had a very difficult time reaching anyone on the phone to arrange to have the correct bike sent to me. By the time I spoke to someone, the original bike was out of stock, and I could not get anyone on the phone to refund my money. I had to file a dispute with Paypal and eventually got my money refunded after a five weeks.
