I have never boarded my dogs, but after moving to Austin I had to in order to get back to Dallas for an event. I hesitated after reading the reviews, but after talking to the staff, felt good about leaving them. My dogs can be very territorial and I was worried about them not getting along with the other dogs. The owner took my dogs with confidence and was very calm. When I picked them up the next day, they were fine. excited to see me, and I had trouble with them...as usual...but the staff didn't even get a leash. I think I may consider asking about training as well.
