As a new customer, with little understanding of exchange mail, DNS, etc. - I knew I'd be off to a rough start; especially considering the fact that my domain is registered/hosted elsewhere. Your "Welcome Email" was very thorough, without being overwhelming and any problem I had that wasn't addressed in that email was almost immediately answered/resolved by knowledgeable
tech support staff. They didn't give me vague canned answers that led my astray (like my former exchange host), but precise instructions that resolved the issues immediately.
As far as the actual MS Exchange experience goes; it was a breeze to setup (after the initial hurdles with my domain registrar), and the customer web-interface used for Exchange administration is very intuitive and simple to use while still providing a wealth of configuration options. Email delivery is fast to my inbox and Blackberry, unlike with my former host where email would take anywhere from 3-10 minutes to be delivered.
Also, there are NO page swallowing advertisements trying to draw you into another product or promotion.
Being the cautious type that I am; I only signed up for a month-to-month contract. I haven't checked yet but if there is a financial benefit to committing to a longer term, I'm going to sign up for the long haul.
