Excellent customer service 2/22/2011

I would just like to say how great your customer support team is. Most recently I have dealt with Danny, but have also talked to Armando and Roger. Turner Time has been using Exchange my Mail for a number of years now, and I am still amazed at how excellent the support is each and EVERY time I call/email. My boss Steve Turner recommends your services to a large number of his clients when they are looking for an exchange solution. I can’t not say enough about the quality of the staff. As a new customer, with little understanding of exchange mail, DNS, etc. - I knew I'd be off to a rough start; especially considering the fact that my domain is registered/hosted elsewhere. Your "Welcome Email" was very thorough, without being overwhelming and any problem I had that wasn't addressed in that email was almost immediately answered/resolved by knowledgeable tech support staff. They didn't give me vague canned answers that led my astray (like my former exchange host), but precise instructions that resolved the issues immediately. As far as the actual MS Exchange experience goes; it was a breeze to setup (after the initial hurdles with my domain registrar), and the customer web-interface used for Exchange administration is very intuitive and simple to use while still providing a wealth of configuration options. Email delivery is fast to my inbox and Blackberry, unlike with my former host where email would take anywhere from 3-10 minutes to be delivered. Also, there are NO page swallowing advertisements trying to draw you into another product or promotion. Being the cautious type that I am; I only signed up for a month-to-month contract. I haven't checked yet but if there is a financial benefit to committing to a longer term, I'm going to sign up for the long haul. more

ExchangeMyMail is one of the best companys I have ever done business with. There sales and customer service staff are some of the best in the industry and there attention to detail and support are superb. I would reccomend to anyone that asked. more

Actually it is 5 stars PLUS for the support team and their ability and attitude, really excellent and quick 24 x 7. I'm new to BlackBerry & BlackBerry Enterprise Server (I'm using Google to BES), so asked a bunch of questions and all were answered very quickly. The set-up process was seamless and easy. So why 4 stars, well unfortunately a few days into my usage of Google to BES Exchange My Mail had an issue (old interface software?) that caused a day of downtime and my mails to get out of Sync, this required a wipe of my BlackBerry to fix. I assume it was a one off, but just stops me giving 5 stars over all. more

I've been in the technology services and support business for 10+ years. Since selling my company and no longer maintaining my own equipment Exchange my Mail has been amazing. There has been ZERO down time and customer support is by and far the best in the industry or perhaps best that I have ever experienced. If I were in still in the business I would model my support team after Exchange My Mail. I would suggest to anyone that there is only one choice for hosted exchange service. Great job to everyone! more

Been with ExchangeMyMail for nearly two years. Impeccable service and reliability in the first year. Early in 2009, they had a total meltdown. We lost a few known emails. It was two weeks before they restored everything that they could. Over the past couple of months, the reliability has decreased considerably. We are an email intense company with admitted little tolerance. I may need to move hosting at this point. Anyone else experience the same??? I am disappointed at this time and am quickly losing faith in their abilities. more

Hey your tech support is the BEST I have experienced in years (first notebook computer 1991). I had trouble getting set up...Tech support said they would set it up (and I was traveling). Tech even tickle emailed me after 24 hrs to see if I still needed help (I did)...set up late (midnight). Every time I asked for help or responded that I needed direction, Tech responded in a FEW MINUTES, not “we will get back to you in 24 hours”. Once you are in the middle of this type of conversion, it has to happen in short order. Also Steve Daneshgar (sales) helped when I emailed an expression of concern. Look, it is Friday night and I have been on the go the past three days. I am very tired and have not eaten yet, so the last thing I want to do is send a BIG THANKS for the help, but it is the right thing to do. I went with you guys because a tech guy told my tech sister that your support was very good – and they were right. ExchangeMyMail is the ONLY WAY TO GO. Very Satisfied in Massachusetts, more

I just recently signed up for an Exchange My Mail account 12/14/2008

I just recently signed up for an Exchange My Mail account. Although I already had a similar account with another provider, after seeing the promo for Exchange My Mail on the BlackBerry Forums, I decided to sign up for a trial account in order to compare the services. Due to lack of knowledge on my part, the Exchange My Mail account was slightly harder to set up than the other provider. However, the Exchange My Mail support is outstanding. I sent close to a dozen emails to support asking for help on various subjects - I had questions related to changing the enterprise server activation from one provider to another, questions about moving my contacts, email, calendar, etc from one service to the other, etc. Nearly every one of my questions was sent during the weekend, yet they were all answered within 30 to 60 minutes. The answers provided were concise and contained links to further information/instructions as needed. I plan on being a long term customer of Exchange My Mail and would have no hesitation to recomend them to others who interested in in such a service. more

I do not know how I did business before switching to Exchangemymail. Now with the use of a PocketPC I have instant access to my email, calender and all my contacts! I update in one place and thats it. No more making sure I have changed information on two computers and a phone. I really enjoy the access to my email while visiting someone elses office or traveling. I've been using ExchangeMyMail for over 2 years and have not yet noticed any outages. Thank you ExchangeMyMail!!! more

Antonio and Roger help identify the source of the problems, potential solutions and followup to ensure the implementation of the solution was successful. EMM's phone and online support are unbeatable. The interactive management feature for the end user is easy to use and their knowledge base resources on Blackberry services helped me implement Blackberry services for three of my users without any previous knowledge of Blackberry applications. With multiple office locations, our employees are able to access their email wherever they are via their Outlook on their desktop, webmail from a laptop, or on their phone with Blackberry service. The customer service provided by ExchangeMyMail is excellent too! Whether I send an email or make a phone call for customer support, I'm always able to get a response quickly to answer any questions I have. more

Excellent overall 8/29/2008

Excellent overall. We have 300+ email accounts + 12 BB accounts. We migrated 300 users from our old exchange and the data transfer and mailbox undate was done in 1 day without interruption to our operations. I am new to managing email and the EMM Help Staff has been super in helping me understand what was needed to be done to setup the accounts plus handle questions and issues that have been raised by our user community. Believe me, I was setting up and transferring Blackberry accounts from different exchanges and providers and I was #9 on the list to get a BB so I really didn't know what I was doing. The EMM Staff really helped and took the time to make sure everything worked. I have also updated the number of mailboxes and that has been done almost instantaneously by EMM. The Web Site is very easy to understand and work with. Written requests for help have been quickly answered. Online FAQ HELP is very good. Excellent overall. more

Basic performance is excellent and consistent. Wherever problems have arisen, support has been prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. I think the mailbox sizes are a bit restricting given the low cost of data storage. It's about time RIM made HTML email available on BES. more

Fast, professional and friendly service. As a customer in the UK I was wary of outsourcing to the US but I couldn't have been more wrong, system performance and ease of use are fantastic and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for a response to a technical query.
