This company came out 0n 9/13/10 to check my faulty a/c. I was charged a diagnostic fee of 84.95 & was told the unit needed to be replaced & I was given & bid of 7140.00 to include attic insulation. I was told that if I chose to do this, the disgnostic fee would be taken off the final bill. I agreed & the company was out the next day to install the new unit. On 9/17/10 I called the technician as the aformentioned fee had not been credited & the full amount was charged. After receiving no answer, the next day I called the Co. direct, explained the delimma, & was told they would get back to me. After receiving no callbacks I again called the Tech & left a message on the 9/27/10. On 9/28/10 I had still received no callback, so I called the main # & spoke with someone who could not help me. I asked that a supervisor call me back.
I recv'd a call back 30min later & was told that a refund check would be mailed out somtime within the 'NEXT 3 WEEKS'. Quick to take your money & slow on any refund.
