This company broke my mother's unit, and it has now been 3 days and they have not fixed it! They "serviced" her unit Saturday June 23, reported no immediate needs for service. By ...

They don't ACTUALLY have 24hr service 6/24/2019

This company broke my mother's unit, and it has now been 3 days and they have not fixed it! They "serviced" her unit Saturday June 23, reported no immediate needs for service. By the next day Sunday June 24 her unit stopped working! My mother trusted this company to look at her unit and tell her if anything needed fixing. Nothing needed fixing, now it's not working and their service technicians are nowhere to be found and unable to be contacted! It's now Tuesday June 26 and the owners and supervisors of this company are sleeping sound while my mother is in a house that's reading 95 degrees! How is that ok? IT'S NOT!!! more

Rip off 1/23/2019

Horrible company charge crazy labor charges and rig a.c. to fail so they can return and charge even more money. Warranties are a joke they lie about what's covered and charge extra money on everything. Mechanics are unskilled basically salesmen be warned. more

Please dont use this company most techs do not know what they are doing they have the worse customer service no shows no calls dont ever invite this company into your home to do any kind of work you will regret it !! I only put a star because I had to they deserve no stars ! more

Rose from Fl Home AC was terrific! 6/9/2017

Rose, Arrived on time, serviced our HVAC system and gave me some helpful tips on how I can extend the life of my system by doing minor upkeep myself. She was knew my system inside and out. I will be requesting her to be my tech from now on. Thank you Rose. more

New AC install 6/3/2017

Josh N. and Bruce installed a new central AC unit in my home on 5/15/17. They were very courteous, professional and neat. Josh was very knowledgeable about the product and was able to easily answer any questions I had. The only reason I didn't give them a five was because the proper thermostat was not installed and they broke a sprinkler head in my yard during the install. more

He was very professional, experienced, encouraged my questions, and responded with knowledgeable answers. From now on, Florida Home Air Conditioning is definitely my go to company for my annual or bi-annual maintenance, and Chris C is definitely the technician I would request as long as they are fortunate to have him as an employee. more

Chris C. Tech 177, was absolutely awesome. He explained the problem and rectified solution in less than one hour. His mild mannerism exuded confidence and professional demeanor. I will request him by name to always service my AC needs in the future. more

He verified the incorrect part but then went above and beyond by demonstrating the operation and troubleshooting of my system.
