I have bought appliances from Ferrell's for over 25 years and have always had good and prompt service. I trust them so much I have had them make a delivery or repair and not been home. They are the only business I have dealt with that would help you save money by repairing an old appliance rather than sell you a new one. They told my husband how he could repair my old dryer instead of buying a new one! although my husband really appreciated the money saving advice I still don't have a new dryer. =( The thing is still running! So don't shop there unless you want service that may be too good.
