I have bought appliances from Ferrell's for over 25 years and have always had good and prompt service. I trust them so much I have had them make a delivery or repair and not been home. They are the only business I have dealt with that would help you save money by repairing an old appliance rather than sell you a new one. They told my husband how he could repair my old dryer instead of buying a new one! although my husband really appreciated the money saving advice I still don't have a new dryer. =( The thing is still running! So don't shop there unless you want service that may be too good. more

Ferrell's Home & Outdoor Inc is a bad Store! 10/20/2009

My mom bought a garden tractor from Ferrell's and within a month started having several problems with it. We called and asked about it and they said they would send out service to look at it. It took about a month to get them out to look at it. Service told us that it was a used tractor and there was nothing he could do with it. Ferrell's swears it's a new tractor but he won't honor the warranty and won't trade it for another one. So...My mom is out $2600.00. Please don't make the mistake of shopping here! more

One of the best 11/30/2005

My whole family has been doing business with them for years they are so friendly and willing to help on anything you need and they gladly stand behind the warranty I would recommend them to anyone because you get one on one service.you could get the same products at a big store cheaper but you wont get the same service. PROS: great service CONS: could get the same products cheaper more
