I have been seeing Dr. Proctor for 10 years and he is the best vet in the state of Texas. I have been to other vets in San Antonio and he is by far the best one! His staff is so considerate and Sarah is the best. She is very helpful and willing to do everything she can to help the clients and their pets. I have boarded there PLENTY of times and have always left a deposit. And about the flea pill, that is a MANDATORY thing. As soon as they take the dog/cat back they get the capstar (flea pill). Wouldn't you want money down in case something happened to your BELOVED pet? I know that I sure would. I would never just leave them and say I'll be back here. I always leave a deposit and let them know an amount that I would want them to treat my pet with. Would you ever leave your child and just say I will be back? No most people wouldn't! You know everyone who has "bad experiences" leave negative posts but not enough people who have good experiences leave good posts. They just go
