It was my first experience with anything like this, it went very well. It was actually an enjoyable experience working with KM Builders. Working out the design with them was so much fun. The people they had do the work were professional and did a good job.
KM Builders stood by for any small things that have gone wrong with the work, even a few years after the project. It has only been very small things that needed attention. We also came in pretty much on budget.
KM Builders did a family room that was a renovation and add on combination with a full bath. We absolutely love it, it is exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend them. They really heard what I wanted and worked with me.
