Took my partner out for his birthday and although the service was good, the food was terrible. I let our server know my dissatisfaction and then made the young lady who was hosting at the front aware. The answer was ""I hope you will not judge us based on tonights food quality"". REALLY, that's all you've got? Still upset, I called the restaurant once I arrived home and spoke with the interim General Manager, Patrick. He assured me the charges would be reversed. Three weeks later, the charge is still on my credit card statement.
This restaurant used to have wonderful food at their previoius location. WHAT HAPPENED?
