I just wanted to send you guys a thank you note for the most excellent service I received with your service department this week. I bought a Yukon Denali 20 days ago and there was a little issue with the brakes being glazed that I wanted repaired. When I found out that this was an exception to the bumper to bumper warranty, I wasn't very pleased. I try not to get angry and am not a very vocal person like that but had to say something. Chris is obviously very good with people - he listened to what I had to say and managed to explain to me that your department values me as a customer and wanted to work with me. He put me in contact with the used car sales manager, Tom. I explained my thoughts to Tom and he agreed to pay for the repair which obviously makes me very happy. Chris could have very easily just said sorry and that it was a policy and there is nothing you guys can do but he went SO far from that. Anyway, thank you guys! Chris was great to work with and I sincerely trust him and your service department after how helpful he was. I will be certainly having all of the service on my new vehicle in the future done with you guys. more
