If i could make the grade a -1 it would be a -1. I was horrified at my experience in this hospital. I had a small surgery on an outpatient basis. Something went wrong and toward the end of the day I was in serious pain. I went back to the emergency room at encino / tarzana where I was put in a room while crying in pain for over 2 hours before a doctor came to see me. The treamtment was so bad we left and went to another nearby er where things were handled properly.
