So I've visited this portrait studio four times now. Twice for Christmas photos and twice at other times of the year. The Christmas season was ridiculous as we waited nearly 2 hours past our scheduled time. I understand, or had it explained to me by one of the clearly flustered photographers that day that they double or even triple book appointments at that time of the year, so I tried my best to be understanding and we were able to go shopping in Hamburg, but still, with two young children having to wait that long is pushing it a bit much.
