I scheduled an appointment for my 2004 Trailblazer on Weds 9-8-2010 to have some service work done on Friday 9-10-2010 . I was told that they would and could get in first thing on friday morning and it would not be a problem. So I dropped it off at 5:30 AM in front of the garage door at the service department on Friday morning and my wife took me to work. We had'nt heard anything form them so we called around noon, only to be told that they didn't even get it in the shop yet. I get done at work at 2:30 pm and was told it should be done by then. Well at 1:30 Pm still have not got it into the shop ( said they were backed up)? Well the kicker is that they siad I was first on the list for Friday morning being that I scheduled so early through the week. HAHA what a joke!!! I will never go there for anything EVER AGAIN !! They LIE THEY TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR !!!! COMPLETE LIARS AND CHEATS. DON""T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM OR HAVE ANY SERVICE DONE THERE YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!!
