TERRIBLE customer service. This is the complain e-mail that I wrote but I could not send since their is not valid e-mail for this vendor. To Whom This May Concern, This morning at around 9:20 AM I called the McDonald Ave. store. I was inquiring about Mobil 1 0w40. The person who picked up (did not catch their name since they were speaking so fast) was EXTREMELY rude and in then end actually hung up on me! I greeted the salesperson over the phone and inquired about the oil and if your store carried it. The person over the phone did not even acknowledge my question and asked me what shop I was calling them from. I told them my shop and also that I did have an account with you guys. After about a 5 second pause, I asked again, ""Do you carry the oil?"" The person over the phone again did not acknowledge my question and told me that they could not find me in the computer and wanted to know if I knew the account number. I then said, ""I do have account with you guys but first I want to know if you carry Mobil 1 0w40."" The salesperson paused for about a second and said, ""Yes we do"" and promptly HUNG UP THE PHONE before I got a chance to say another word. Right now I am livid about this situation. I do not buy a lot of parts from your store since we are a BMW specialty shop however whenever I do need parts outside of my European Parts network I always call you guys. I am extremely upset over this situation and I felt that this type of treatment of customers needed to be addressed. Due to the lack of professionalism and courtesy of your sales person you have lost a customer here. I'm sure its not going to hurt your store all that much to lose my business however if this is a trend I am sure its something that you'll want to fix soon. Regards, more
