I've been shopping her since (last year) one of my family members became ill. Unfortunately, I don't know where else to get my family member's prescription or else I'd shop elsewhere.
On several occasions, the staff here have been condescending and rude to me. (In person & on the phone) You would think they would be more professional in dealing with sick people. I spend lots of money each month here, so I think I deserve basic, friendly customer service. I'm so tired of poor customer service. So I decided to make others aware of this pharmacy's weakness and hope they improve.
