I went to the Germantown Hardware Store in Germantown to buy a New Weed Eater Trimmer for my yard. I bought the Trimmer and while putting it my car I noticed that it was used. I took the Trimmer back into the store right then, and told the Germantown Employee "Roy" that the Trimmer was used.
He told me that it was new and he just put it up on the shelf before I came into the store. Roy and I argued over it and then Roy said to me "GET OUT OF HERE"!
I took the Trimmer to another sales person, showed it to them, and got a refund of my money. I "Got Out of There" and will never go Back!
Beware!
Open the box before you leave the store to check and see if you are getting a NEW Product or not.
