Butler manages the condo community where I own a unit. I felt obliged to leave a review after my most recent encounter. I only see this group once a year at my annual meeting, but recently, my stove went and I called them for help. They were so kind and helpful, they even went ahead and ordered a stove through their dealer for me (at a lower cost than I could have got I'm sure) They made a stressful situation for me much easier.
