I got very disappointed once, at the beginning of July 2010, when I went to Venice cafe with at least 4 friends of mine and we have been surprised by a 5$ entrance fee. Then I realized that the man asking for a fee at the entrance door didn't release any receipt, in fact he didn't have a cash and he would only accept a payment in cash. Furthermore, I noticed that they didn't bring receipts for purchases either. How can they pay adequate income taxes if there is no track of their income? I wonder...
