Well, first i want to say these guys have been referred to me by over 5 different people when i need my A/C fixed. I read the reviews and was shocked because i haven't seen any of this and all the people i talked to haven't either. Apparently these people writing these negative reviews are just the type of customer that cant be pleased at all (we all know people like that)! \r

I called them and the girls in the office were awesome! They were polite and got straight to my problem and i felt as if they were truly concerned and not as if i were another customer just calling for a repair.\r

I had a technician out in the time frame that i was told and the tech was uniformed with his name on his shirt which made me feel that this guy was legit. He put boot covers on to keep any dirty out of my house which i like since i just replaced my carpet. He got straight to my problem and then used his price book to give me a repair price. I like this because i wasn't worried about being charged by the hour (you know how that can go after someone takes their sweet time to rack up the time). Within 30 mins he had the A/C back up and running. He explained to me exactly what happened and why the part failed. I don;t know anything about my A/C unit but i know he does and that made me feel better. \r

I was sooo happy with the service provide i signed up on the annual service contract to keep my system working. Thank a lot guys and i look forward to working with you in the future!
