After a thorough inspection with Mark, he estimated $550 +/- to do an exterior-only job on our Vanagon, which we thought was steep, but based on reviews and a feel for the operation we went ahead. I checked in with Mark while the work was underway and he never mentioned the price was going up, so was shocked when the bill came to $940. The scope of work was the same as originally described, but apparently it took longer than he expected. After I paid he offered me a free detail job if I would write positive on-line reviews, which I can't honestly do. The shop did a fantastic job on our van, but I wouldn't go back for a detail.
