I went to Janet Rufin's to get the Lazio Keratin Treatment. Maybe because I used a Living Social coupon they treated me differently, but regardless the treatment did not work. Vicki (who also washed my hair?) applied the treatment and although the people were very nice, it did absolutely NOTHING for my hair. I've gotten Keratin before and I know how it should turn out, and my hair still frizzes just as much as ever. When I called to complain, the man I spoke to on the phone told me that I didn't know what I was talking about and was rude and dismissive. I definitely do not recommend going to this salon unless you want to waste your time and money on processes that don't work.
