I am new to Unitedpayment Services (6 months), but have only great things to say. When I had trouble refunding money back to my clients account, Sean , Janett and Melissa assisted me thought out the whole process. I received a phone call the next day to reassure that the money went back into the clients account, and I found this very accommodating and business like. Another time when I needed to change my bank account, Sean and Janett made this transaction very easy for me. The costumer service is excellent; everybody is kind, friendly and very helpful. I am so glad I switched my merchant account to Unitedpayment Services not only am I saving money, I feel valued as a great costumer. Thank you to all who have given me GREAT support.
