I signed up for a 6 month fixed rate plan, but did not note when my plan ran out. Then I started being charged 21.5 cents per kWH. Then it took 45 days to convert to someone else. I was not going to sign back up with Amigo after they did this to me. Not only that, I recommended that my parents sign up too for their main house and the beach house. They did this at the same time as I did so the same thing happened. Now, I hear they are sending letters 30 days before, but that was not the case when I used them. I now use GEXA and am very happy.
