Living in an HOA managed by JC Property Services, I do attend all HOA meetings and have learned that this company does not make decisions for our Association. Our board of directors does; but JC Property Services is excellent in answering all of my questions regarding my HOA and the decisions made by our board of directors. I always speak with a human person who seems to go out of their way to be kind and informative and to assist with my needs. After experiencing other management companies, I find JC Property Services to be exceptional and a breath of fresh air.
