Very professional - very reasonable. They came out because another HVAC company could not seem to fix a problem at our business. They had been trying to fix it for close to 2 years. Gagles came out, diagnosed the problem in less than an hour and had it fixed in a total of 3 hours. We had spent close to $1000.00 in the course of a year and a half with the other company (not including the increase in our heating and cooling bill because they couldn't fix the problem), our bill with Gagles was $225.00, which included the service call and diagnostics. Money well spent!!Would refer them to everyone.
