i purchased a home in the south bay and got a few quotes from several different companies to replace my windows and one stop was able to provide me with plenty of pricing, they were really no help in assisting me with my installation and my choices.. they seem to be the type of company that pretty much takes orders and thats about it, i was referred to them by a friend who purchased windows and had their own contractor do the work. \r
finally when i realized that one stop was really no help i got a hold of the contractor that put my friends windows in and it turns out that he was a pella certified installer and he got me pella windows and installation at a really good price.. so eventually we went through him.. gerlach windows in the south bay... \r
i have since gone back to onestop and purchased some hardware for my entry door.. for that, they were excellent.
