The apartment I am in right now is nice but I moved in under different management. I was supposed to transfer to a single but the place was nasty when she gave me the keys already a week late. The last tenent moved out over two months prior. When I got the keys I went to look at the apt. It was not clean, there was dust from paint everywhere, the shower was warped baddly and there were water stains on all the sinks. The only thing that was clean was the carpet. It also still smelt like smoke. So I gave back the keys and told her it was not in anyshape to move into. The day before she told me she was on her way to look at the apt to see if it was ready she obviously never had looked at it. She does not respond to any of your requests and feels it is not her job to notify tenents of changes that impact them. Like when they started providing cable and internet I found out from the cable provider that it was all set up two weeks later. Do NOT MOVE IN!!!!!
