My experience with dimend SCAASI was great! They were recommended to me by a family member who lives in chicago. I was unable to make it to the store but was still able to select a diamond for an engagment ring because of their video chat. The clarity of the video was surprisingly clear and the cam has a magnifying lense so that you are able to see any flaws. When it came to narrowing down a few diamond choices to one, shannon was very objective and made a recommendation based on a combination of the qualities and cost.
