This is a great workout. I was completely out of shape when I started and was really worried about jumping back into exercise by going to boot camp. Andre just asks you to give him what you can while your out there. He pays attention to the group and offers good advice on the proper way to do the exercises. The smaller groups allow for greater attention to each person.
The results have been great. My pants fit again and I went from 181 lbs to 167 lbs. I used to feel tired and not be able to sleep properly. Now I have more energy and get better rest. I would recommend this to anyone who is trying to get themselves back in shape or is just looking for a great workout. My wife and I are going on our 3rd month with Andre and don't plan on stopping.
