I have been to two and I am hooked. It is over before you know it and you have completed a great full body workout. Its enough to make one feel young again and hurt for all the right reasons. I have been going to a gym doing a similar workout a few days a week but this outside environment where people get up at 430 am to get in a great workout.. so much motivation going on out there you gotta try it at least once.. more

Life Changing 10/27/2010

This bootcamp has really changed my life. I feel like a different person. My energy level is through the roof. My fitness level has never been better. I have lost over 45 lbs since joining. Andre is an amazing trainer and does not let you quit. His form of motivation is not loud and obnoxious but motivating and positive and pushes you to keep going. I honestly could not imagine myself without this boot camp. It is how others say, addicting. Fresh air in your lungs, an awesome work out... there is really nothing better. I have exceeded my goals and are accomplishing new ones. I recommend this for anyone that wants to change their life, obtain better health, and improve fitness levels drastically. more

I?ve always had a hard time staying motivated when it comes to working out until I started working out with GO HARD Bootcamp. I had even tried different bootcamps in the past time and couldn?t staying excited. At GO HARD, the trainers are energetic, enthusiastic and want you to succeed. I love that every day is a new work out ? it?s like a surprise ? you don?t know what you are getting into. The trainers know your goals and work with you to ensure you meet them. Now, a year later of bootcamp, I actually look forward to working out with a group! Thanks GO HARD! Pros: Great trainers, fun, awesome workout Cons: NOTHING! more

Now this is a good workout 7/22/2010

This is a great workout. I was completely out of shape when I started and was really worried about jumping back into exercise by going to boot camp. Andre just asks you to give him what you can while your out there. He pays attention to the group and offers good advice on the proper way to do the exercises. The smaller groups allow for greater attention to each person. The results have been great. My pants fit again and I went from 181 lbs to 167 lbs. I used to feel tired and not be able to sleep properly. Now I have more energy and get better rest. I would recommend this to anyone who is trying to get themselves back in shape or is just looking for a great workout. My wife and I are going on our 3rd month with Andre and don't plan on stopping. Pros: Trainer is fun, Variety of workouts, Results Cons: Dont think you can do it? Neither did I more

TOO EASY! 7/1/2010

I have tried many other bootcamps. This is the best bootcamp workout experience I have had. The trainers are great - very encouraging and helpful. When you are really feeling the workout they will yell out - TOO EASY! It makes you smile and push harder. They push me out of my comfort zone which is what I need. I have lost lots of lbs and inches! I am feeling and looking great! Pros: Results driven, personal trainer feel, great value! Cons: Pushing me out of my comfort zone! ;-) more

I was afraid to start bootcamp because I thought I would not be able to keep up. I thought I was going to be in way over my head. But the was the furthest thing from the truth....the workout is designed to challenge you but it allows you to go at your own pace. When I started three months ago my goal was to make working out a lifestyle. GO HARD Bootcamp has helped me reach my goals and motivated me to maintain a healthier lifestyle and actually enjoy working out! No workout is ever the same which is great-- you never get bored! I've learned so much from my instructor who not only conducts the workout but shows us how to do an exercise, educates us on strength training, endurance, and nutrition. He even has all the workout equipment you need! Love it and definitely recommend it! Pros: personal experience with motivation! Cons: huh? No, way! more

I was terrified of joining one of the large boot camps where you get yelled at nonstop, so was pleased to find that Andre keeps his groups a manageable size and uses positive reinforcement to motivate you. He's knowledgeable, energetic, and keeps a careful watch on everyone to ensure that we're doing the exercises correctly so that we get the results we want. Simply the Best! 6/29/2010

Andre is by far the best trainer that I've had. . .ever! The groups are small enough for him to spend time working with each person one-on-one, so it often feels like a personal training session! The sessions are always different, and part of the excitement is not knowing what to expect! Andre will always take the time to make sure that you are doing each exercise the right way, so that you won't injure yourself, and he always has the best attitude. I never could have imagined that I would enjoy a bootcamp so much! It's amazing! Pros: Challenging but fun workouts! Cons: NONE! more

At age 38, my main concern was my career. I never thought about high blood pressure, stress and neither did I find the time to exercise. Pros: motivating and perfect for everyone!!! Cons: N/A more

Perfect Challenge for ALL 6/29/2010

Andre does a great job of mixing up the workouts. Everyday I'm challenged, exhausted and my body feels great. I was once a competitive athlete and Go Hard has been a great alternative for me. Pros: Experienced Trainer, Challenging Workout, Location Cons: I didn't find it sooner!!! more
