I went into this store to buy a gift card. They repeatedly kept swiping my credit card, saying there was a glitch and it wouldn't take my card. I left the store w/out any gift card but my credit card fraud dept called me and said there had been $723 charged to my credit card by this AT&T store. Now 2 weeks later, my credit card is frozen and I'm over my credit card limit. I CAN NOT GET ANYONE TO REFUND MY CREDIT CARD. Not when I go in person, not when I call on the phone. I'm told the manager is on a conference call or put on hold for 35 minutes. I'm not joking. Either there is intentional fraud going on in this store or it's run by incompetent idiots. I'm going to the attorney general.
