Where should you take out of town guests for fish and good clam chowder sourdough bowls? Not here! This place is over crowded, hot, expensive, bad service, and not that great food.
Ok, maybe I'm being a little harsh. The food was pretty good, but I've definitely had better. I think I may have had a bad taste in my mouth from the horrible service. Two of the 3 bread bowls our table ordered were set in front of us (and touched) when the waitress ran back because she realized they were for a different table. GROSS!! I wonder how many people touched my bread bowl before I got it.
I would possibly come back to this restaurant on a weekday evening when it might not be so crowded. But probably not. :( Go to Boudins! It will be crowded, but at least the food is fresh and hot!
Pros: back seating has nice view of the harbor
Cons: pricey, crowded, bad service
