from an insiders experience,i used to work there until recently,DO NOT let Dr. Austin treat your pets!!!!! she is a horrible doctor.animals have died on the operating table just when she was neutering or spaying them.she is extremely snooty and rude and has no respect for the employees either.i suggest if you chosse this animal hospital and for dr mackey,dr vanderlind,dr holliday,dr stooksbury,or dr assad.these 5 are wonderful doctors and will make sure the well-being of your pets is taken care of.
